Where can I find my Digital Badge?

The Digital Badge is available in the My MWC event app from 14 June for Extended Hours pass holders (exhibitors & contractors) and 24 June for everyone else

What does the Digital Badge look like?

The Digital Badge when active will be a full screen view with your photo, a QR code and your pass details on it.

When will the Digital Badge be available?

The Digital Badge will be available from 14 June for Extended Hours pass holders and from 24 June for all others. This is to allow for submission of test results before the venue opens for the build period / event days.

Can I use my Digital Badge for build up or dismantling?

Yes. If you have Extended Hours access, denoted by this symbol µ, you can use your Digital Badge from 16 June all the way through to 6 July.

Do I need my Digital Badge inside the venue?

Yes, if you are attending any conference sessions you will need to scan your Digital Badge for entry. Your Digital Badge is also used for lead retrieval and track and trace.

Do I need to submit the Health Declaration?

Yes, in order to open your Digital Badge, you will need to submit your Health Declaration every day.

Do I need to submit the Health Declaration every day?

Yes, the Health Declaration only covers one day and so you need to resubmit for every day.

I have submitted my Health Declaration but cannot access my Digital Badge

I cannot submit my Health Declaration

The health declaration will appear in the Digital Badge once your test results have been verified. Read the statement and check the tick box at the bottom of the page to enable and press the Submit button

My Digital Badge worked yesterday but not today

Please check whether your test is still valid. Your test must be valid for the full event day that you are attending. Please also resbumit your Health Declaration.

My battery has run out and I cannot access my phone

You will need to charge your phone and ensure you can access the Digital Badge before you can enter the venue.

My device is not working / has been lost / stolen, how can I get in?

You will need to use a replacement device or tablet to display your Digital Badge

Will a broken screen stop my Digital Badge from scanning?

It is possible but will depend on how badly broken your screen is. You can enrol into our BREEZ programme that will give you touchless access using facial recognition. Log into your registration account and click on Enrol in BREEZ.

Is Wi-Fi available for me to use my Digital Badge?

Wi-Fi will be available in select areas around the venue but in some external access areas you will be required to have a data plan to access the app and your Digital Badge
