How can I upgrade my Pass?

Please log back into your registration account to upgrade your Pass.

Once you have received confirmation (by email) of your upgrade, go to your digital badge and press refresh in the top right hand corner to update your digital badge.

How can I apply for Press/Analyst accreditation?

To apply for Press/Analyst accreditation you must submit a request and be approved by our media team. This process can take multiple days and should not be requested / applied for late or during the event. To apply, click here and select “Press/Industry Analyst Accreditation” – you will be asked to provide evidence to back up your application.

Networking Badges

Networking badges can be printed at locations around the venue. Badge holders and lanyards are also available at these locations. This badge cannot be used for access to any part of the event and is for the purpose of networking only. You will need your Digital Badge available to activate the print.

How do I update my health documentation?

If you have uploaded proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a valid certificate of recovery from COVID-19 and had it validated, then your Digital Badge will permit you access throughout the event.

If you have previously uploaded a negative test result (PCR or Rapid Antigen Test) then it has limited validity. Negative test results are only valid for 72 hours from when you were tested, and you are only permitted entry into the venue if you have a valid negative test for the entire event day, meaning your test will be valid for the day of test, plus two additional days. If you wish to enter the venue for a longer period, you will need to take another test and upload the result via your Digital Badge.
