How can I upgrade my Pass?

Please log back into your registration account to upgrade your Pass.

Once you have received confirmation (by email) of your upgrade, go to your digital badge and press refresh in the top right hand corner to update your digital badge.

How can I activate my Digital Badge?

To register with a Registration or Discount Code, click here and enter the code in the “I have a code” section at the bottom of the page.

How can I apply for Press/Analyst accreditation?

To apply for Press/Analyst accreditation you must submit a request and be approved by our media team. This process can take multiple days and should not be requested / applied for late or during the event. To apply, click here and select “Press/Industry Analyst Accreditation” – you will be asked to provide evidence to back up your application.

How can I activate my Digital Badge?

To enter MWC21, you must upload a valid, negative rapid PCR or Antigen test result to the MWC21 App or have been tested at our Onsite Test Centre.

Go to your Digital Badge in the MWC21 Event App and either:

- Upload a valid negative PCR or Antigen (rapid test) result - this will be reviewed and approved by health professionals. In case of your test being declined, please pre-book onsite (see next option). Note, review and approval can take up to 24 hours and may be declined if test can’t be authenticated)

- Book an onsite test at the venue (Hall 1, Fira Gran Via) prior to arrival - book convenient time slots (subject to availability) and receive results (pre-booked appointments are given priority).

  • Exhibitors can book a test appointment or upload their test results from 14th June
  • Attendees can book a test appointment or upload their test results from 24th June

Tests have a maximum validity of 72 hours, giving you access into the event on the day of your test plus the 2 subsequent / following event days.

  • Rapid tests cost €15
  • PCR tests cost €85
  • Uploading your own test is free of charge

Onsite Test Centre opening hours:

  • Build up and dismantling from 08:00 - 20:00.
  • Weekend prior to the event and event days 06:00 - 22:00
