Technology, Innovation & Communications & Media – Three themes that sum up my passion, focus and professional arena of over 20 years now.

As Technology is becoming the centerpiece of disruption and a competitive advantage for organizations looking to retain their pole positions, it is imperative to ride the wave. I have ridden the wave too – starting over 20 years back coding and exploring technology to creating the technology strategy today for communications & media organizations. A lot has changed – the technology, access, impact and a lot has remained the same – the end goal is always the customer. My focus has been to help clients ride the technology & innovation wave while not losing focus on the shores – customer impact – and in my experience this is best achieved by being inclusive – include your customers, employees and partners.
Being at the cusp of technology and industry – I understand the predicament of CSPs - the legacy landscape, the need to shift and the mindset change required to make this shift while straddling a dual speed route to the new. As Global Technology Lead for Communications & Media at Accenture, I have the opportunity to interact with customers at various stages of this journey and the nuances in their context be it the competitors they deal with , the technology choices they make or the partnerships that propel them – our ability to play the advisor, partner they turn to future proof their technology landscape, has been the most rewarding part of my role.
Liquid Learning aka continuous learning keeps me abreast with the latest and greatest – be it 5G and IOT or Cloud and NetDevOps – I can speak to you at length… and also about SANKETIK – Our patent pending solution with the Language of gestures which helped me understand the purpose of technology more than ever and plays back to my recurring theme – Inclusive Innovation.
