Session Description
The APDCAT organizes this panel focused on analayzing the development and application of digital policies related to artificial intelligence and personal data protection from a global perspective. The session will aim to highlight the European approach to addressing this debate in the interaction between technologies such as AI and privacy.
The aim of the session is to highlight the significance of data protection regulations in the development of applications that adhere to privacy by design and by default principles. Specifically, we will focus on the European approach and the international cooperation necessary to achieve this goal.
