Are there separate entrances for MWC26 and 4YFN26?

NEW FOR 2026

MWC26 and 4YFN26 will have their own dedicated entrances at Fira Gran Via.

MWC26 attendees will use the MWC Entrance at the South of the venue with the closest metro / train stop being Fira Europa.  If you are attending any events in Halls 8.0 / 8.1, you can also access via the 4YFN Entrance.  For further details, click HERE

4YFN26 attendees will use the 4YFN Entrance at the North of the venue with the closest metro stops being Fira (L9) or Foc (L10).  There is also a coach transfer from Placa Europa to the 4YFN event.  For further information, click HERE

What do I need to access the venue for the event?

All attendees will need an active Digital Access Pass to enter the venue. Please see the Digital Access Pass section below for more details. Further information check the registration FAQs

Can I use the Digital Access Pass during build-up and dismantling periods?

Yes – the Digital Access Pass can be used from the commencement of the build period (10 February) onwards if your pass type has Extended Hours (or earlier if you have an agreement with the venue). This is shown with a star symbol.

What is extended hours access?

Passes with Extended Hours access allow exhibitors, partners and other groups, access to the venue outside of event hours and during the build and dismantle periods. Full details on Extended Hours dates and times are available in the Online Event Manual.

If your Digital Access Pass has Extended Hours access, you will see a white star symbol underneath the QR code on your pass.

Which passes have extended hours access?

The following pass types have Extended Hours access:

  • MWC Exhibitor / Partner Staff
  • 4YFN Exhibitor / Partner Staff
  • Leaders Conference (Exhibitor / Partner accounts only)
  • VIP (Exhibitor / Partner accounts only)
  • Speaker
  • Official Contractor

Do exhibitors have access during build up and dismantling?

Exhibitor / Partner Staff passes have Extended Hours access and can be used from the start of the build period through the end of the dismantle period - 10 February to 10 March 2026

How do I get access to the venue for build-up if I don't have a Digital Access Pass?

All persons who need access during the build-up and dismantling period will need to apply through the Contractor Accreditation System. Service providers (contractors) will be given an account via their exhibiting company to register their staff.
