Pol Soler Vila is the Global Head of Revenue & Growth, Merchant Acquiring.
He has worked at Revolut for nearly four years, initially as Head of New Initiatives and now as an Associate Director in the Acquiring Department, focusing on growth, sales, and strategy.
Prior to Revolut, he was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey, holding an MBA from London Business School and a Civil Engineering degree from UPC.
