Pau Martí

Speaker Bio

Pau Martí Vicente has been involved with FC Barcelona for more than 20 years, contributing in various roles across different stages of the club’s football structure. He started in 2003, helping to develop the Barça Academy project for nearly 8 years. More recently, from 2017 to 2022, he worked as an assistant coach for Juvenil B, Juvenil A, and for three seasons with Barça Atlètic. He is currently the Academic Director at Barça Innovation Hub.

In addition, Pau has extensive international professional football experience, having worked for almost 10 years as a coach with clubs and national teams worldwide, including a recent period as head coach of the Malaysia national football team.

He holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from INEFC Barcelona and the UEFA Pro License. His expertise combines academic leadership with hands-on coaching experience, talent development, and the implementation of innovative methodologies aligned with FC Barcelona’s philosophy.
