ATTY. ADEL TAMANO

He is the Chief Commercial Officer of DITO Telecommunity Corporation from 2023 to present.

He was the Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of DITO Telecommunity Corporation from 2019 to 2023.

He was the Vice for President for Corporate Affairs of UDENNA Corporation from 2017 to 2019.

Adel Tamano was the Vice President for Public Affairs and Communications of Coca-Cola Philippines from 2012 to 2017.

He is a known media practitioner, having being a respected columnist, legal analyst, and
TV personality in Philippine media. He was program host of his own show “Tamano Perspective” in the news and public affairs channel of the country’s leading network.

He is at home in issues management and is an expert in the workings of Philippine government and politics, a competency he put to good use when he served as Party Spokesman of the United Opposition in the 2007 Elections.

His career in Law and the Academia are equally illustrious. He was the Dean of the College of Law of Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro. He was previously University President
of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and was president of the Association of
Local Colleges and Universities. He is currently a partner at the Kapunan Tamano Javier & Associates Law Firm.

Adel obtained his Master of Laws, with Honors, from the Harvard Law School and his Master of Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He was a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of the Philippines.

He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and is a Trustee of the Harvard Law Alumni Association.
