Terry Guo

Speaker Bio

Terry Guo is the President and Co-founder of LotusFlare, where he leads product strategy to help global mobile operators achieve digital excellence through a Digital Monetization Platform. With a track record in high-growth digital companies, he specializes in turning customer insight into product strategy, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and delivering simple, delightful user experiences at scale.

Before LotusFlare, Terry was a Principal Product Manager at Facebook, where he drove initiatives to improve trust and safety by reducing negative user experiences across the platform, including efforts in security, account transparency, and abuse prevention. He also spent eight years at Microsoft in engineering management and program leadership roles, contributing to the IPTV/Mediaroom platform and leading product strategy and customer launches across Asia.

Terry holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University (Systems and AI) and a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
