Grant serves as Senior Vice President of RAN Engineering & Emerging Technologies at T-Mobile US. In this role, he leads Radio Access Network Engineering, Radio Planning, Network Performance, and Emerging Technologies—ensuring customers receive the best possible experience on T-Mobile’s network today and as it evolves for the future.

A three-decade veteran of T-Mobile, Grant has led multiple technology organizations as the company grew from a small regional operator into a global wireless leader. With hands-on experience spanning generations from 1G AMPS through Standalone 5G Advanced, he brings deep expertise in network evolution and is currently focused on shaping T-Mobile’s next major technology advancements.
