Orisa Cherenfant is a senior technology executive leading global carrier ecosystem and supply chain strategy at Twilio. In her current role as SVP of Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, she oversees carrier relations, trading and wholesale, telecom compliance, and industry development—shaping the strategy behind Twilio’s largest cost center while balancing global growth with disciplined profitability.

Known for thriving in complexity and white space, Orisa aligns external telecom market dynamics with internal execution across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. She architects long-term carrier and vendor strategies, strengthens global industry partnerships, and ensures governance frameworks that advance both commercial success and customer trust.

Prior to Twilio, she held several senior finance leadership roles at General Electric. A first-generation college graduate, Orisa earned dual degrees in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and is deeply committed to mentorship and developing the next generation of leaders.

Originally from the Cape Verde Islands and a long-time Boston resident, Orisa now lives in Los Angeles with her partner and their five-year-old twins.
