Anthony Bartolo is the Chief Executive Officer of Aduna, a landmark venture between some of the world's leading telecom operators and Ericsson, dedicated to enabling developers worldwide to accelerate innovation by leveraging networks to their full potential via common network Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Bartolo is a cloud communications leader and global operational transformation expert, with more than 30 years of experience innovating and implementing commercially-focused product, technology and cultural changes in mid to large technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) organizations.
Prior to his current position, Bartolo was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Vonage in 2024 and before that was COO of Bandwidth Inc. from 2022, where he was COO, responsible for the creation and delivery of the company’s annual operating plan and all operating functions. Before Bandwidth, Bartolo was Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Avaya, where he led the transition to a SaaS-based business model. Prior to that, he held several executive leadership roles at Tata Communications, including President of Mobility and Chief Product Officer.
In 2019, Bartolo was named a “Power 100” Executive by Capacity Media – a global index of the most influential people in the telecommunications industry.
Bartolo is active in the global tech community and has served on numerous boards in organizations around the world during his career. A native Australian, he has a bachelor’s degree in engineering with honors from RMIT University in Melbourne and has undertaken the Corporate Governance Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and Harvard Business School Management Training.
