Daniel is the founder and CEO of Impact Calling, an innovation studio for systemic transformation. He serves as a strategic sparring partner to senior decision-makers navigating growth, transition, and uncertainty.
Previously, as CMO of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), Daniel helped build one of the world’s fastest-growing ecosystems around leadership and organizational change.
A social entrepreneur at heart, Daniel is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts and the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, and initiated Speakers of Color, a platform amplifying underrepresented voices.
