Anna Martin is an experienced evaluator and innovator who brings strategic foresight and sensemaking, driving organizational and social change. With a background in mixed-methods research and international development, Anna translates complex data and evidence into clear insights for decision-making, storytelling, and accountability. Most recently the lead author of The Business Imperative for Digital Inclusion: Measurement, Reporting and Engagement Guide, Anna has worked closely with the GSMA and the GSMA Mobile 4 Development Innovation Fund, evaluating strategy and impact and highlighting how mobile technologies drive meaningful digital inclusion. Her consultancy, Radicle Development, has supported global clients such as UNICEF, the World Anti-Doping Agency, the Ford Foundation, and others in team facilitation, change management, learning and strategy development.
