Executive leader with over 20 years global industry experience in digital transformation and telecommunications with a strong strategy and technology background. Global leader in quantum‑safe security and quantum technologies, working across industries, governments, and policy bodies to accelerate readiness for the quantum era.
Focus on shaping adoption pathways for quantum safe architectures, guiding cross sector engagement, and influencing policy and standards that protect critical infrastructure. Active contributor to cross sector industry forums and Chair of the GSMA PQTN Task Force, I drive global collaboration and industry alignment, engaging public sector leaders and ecosystem partners to advance coordinated action toward a secure, quantum resilient future.
Lory has a background in engineering and cybersecurity, with in-depth expertise in connectivity technologies, IoT and data analytics applied across industry sectors. She is a Senior Strategy Advisor for Quantum Safe, part of the IBM Research team. She is an IBM Senior Quantum Ambassador and the Chair of the GSMA Post Quantum Telco Network Task Force, the first sector specific forum focused on preparation and implementation of post quantum cryptography for the telecommunication sector.
