Vincent Pauwels is Co-Founder of November Five, a digital product agency based in Antwerp & Dubai. His work focuses on how brands build preference through experiences that people remember, not just use.


Over the past decade, Vincent has helped organisations such as Spotify, BASE, Telenet and Coca-Cola rethink the role of customer experience in a world where AI curates choice and loyalty is increasingly fragile.
