Vaishali Rastogi heads BCG’s global Technology, Media and Telecommunications business (TMT), covering segments from software, infrastructure, semiconductors, IT services, to information services, consumer media and tech, and telco.

Vaishali has been deeply involved in the AI/Agentic ecosystem, partnering with technology firms, leading enterprise-wide deployments, and reshaping functions globally. Her work includes transforming service, marketing, sales, R&D, and manufacturing functions, alongside internal productivity initiatives, and other industry-specific use cases, delivering sustained business impact.

Vaishali brings deep experience in driving technology-led transformative change and growth in both local and global businesses. This includes working with tech partners to drive end-to-end transformation and capability build. As Global Head of TMT, she oversees both the incumbent businesses and the ‘growth tech’ players—disruptors across multiple industries that are scaling rapidly.

Beyond her current role, Vaishali has held several leadership positions at BCG over her three decades at the firm, including serving as a member of BCG's Global Executive Committee.
