Jodi Baxter leads TELUS' strategic expansion into AI, cloud, and data services, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio that includes TELUS’ Sovereign AI Factory, 5G, IoT, industry applications, and Cybersecurity for TELUS Business Solutions. Jodi drives cross-functional collaboration to build vertical solutions and scale innovations that position TELUS as a leader in the AI and digital services market—a potential billion-dollar business opportunity.

With over 20 years in telecommunications, Jodi has a proven track record of transforming emerging technologies into market-leading solutions. Under her leadership, TELUS' IoT Connectivity business rose from third place to industry leader within three years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Victoria, and serves on the Canadian Telecom Summit advisory board. Jodi combines strategic vision with customer-focused innovation to drive digital transformation at scale.
