Rachel Schaeffer is VP of Sales, CXTech & CX Partners at Concentrix, where she leads global partner-aligned growth across AWS/Amazon Connect, Genesys, NiCE, Microsoft and the broader CX ecosystem. She works with enterprise leaders to modernize customer experience through cloud contact center transformation, AI, and scalable operating models - always grounded in measurable business outcomes. Known for her direct, high-energy style and relationship-first leadership, Rachel is passionate about helping teams do hard things, move faster, and build trust across complex stakeholder groups. Outside of work, she’s an equestrian, pickleball enthusiast, and avid traveler - and when she’s not cheering on the Eagles, you can usually find her on the water boating or recharging with family and friends.
