Speaker Bio

Tatiana Caldas-Löttiger is the Founder of IWIB4AI (International WoMenX in Business for Ethical AI), a grassroots civil society organization advancing ethical, inclusive, and human-centric AI globally. With a background as In-House Legal Counsel at SAP (Nordics & Baltics) and Acting Global Data & Security Lead at Ericsson, she brings first-hand experience from the intersection of technology, law, and global governance.


A legal futurist and humanist, Tatiana specializes in AI ethics, AI governance, cultural intelligence (CQ), and epistemic justice, with a particular focus on addressing structural power imbalances between the Global North and Global South in AI development and regulation. Her current work centers on AI literacy and on translating ethics, safety, and compliance frameworks into culturally grounded, locally meaningful practices where AI Literacy programs reflect diverse worldviews, lived realities, and socio-economic context.


Tatiana is an international speaker, moderator, and facilitator, contributing to global dialogues on AI ethics, AI regulation, and sustainable innovation.
