Session Description
How can a purpose-driven digital bank can help to turn innovation into real, measurable environmental impact?
In this session, imagin reveals how it designs and leads impact-driven initiatives through collaboration with technology startups emerging from its entrepreneurship program, the imaginPlanet Challenge. Using The Rings Against Fire as a case study, the panel explores how entrepreneurial innovation is applied to complex environmental challenges such as wildfire prevention. A central element of the initiative is an AI-powered early-warning system developed in partnership with Agro4Data. By combining satellite imagery, scientific predictive models and advanced analytics, the system delivers intelligent real-time alerts to help prevent wildfires.
The Field Agent acts as an AI-enhanced digital bridge between technology and the field, connecting operational teams and local communities . This platform enables automated detection of critical risk patterns, prediction of vulnerable areas and the early activation of preventive actions. The session demonstrates how imagin’s purpose, technology and entrepreneurship converge to transform innovation into meaningful environmental impact.
