Wuhan MEMSonics Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereafter "MEMSonics" ) is a leading RF filter innovator and industry enabler in China, founded in 2019, Headquartered in Wuhan,we run a Singapore design center globally, a product pilot platform in Suzhou, and large-scale mass production facilities in Beijing. We specialize in in-house R&D and mass production of 5G & IoT RF components.
Mass Production Capacity
Our 8-inch BAW filter joint production line in Beijing is in full mass production with an annual capacity of 24,000 wafers.Additionally, Wuhan Fabrication Plant is scheduled to launch in 2026, targeting a monthly capacity of 10,000 wafers and an annual output value of RMB 3 billion, Upon completion,it will rank among the largest such facilities globally.
