Chris is head of its Government & Enterprise Consulting Business, and an Alibaba Cloud Gold Developer Advocate. He also serves on the Expert Panel for the Shanghai Intelligent Computing Cloud Platform Standards. Previously a Senior Consulting Director at IBM, he brings deep expertise in enterprise digital transformation and is the author of several publications. He has contributed to three national-level major projects and led over ten large-scale digital transformation initiatives for central state-owned enterprises.
