Speaker Bio

Andrés Tallos is the Managing Director of Endeavor Spain, where he leads efforts to identify, support and accelerate the growth of high-impact entrepreneurs across Spain. Endeavor is part of a global community that champions founders who dream big, scale fast and multiply their impact by transforming economies, creating jobs, and inspiring the next generation of leaders. In his role, Andrés works with founders, investors, mentors and ecosystem partners to amplify entrepreneurial success and contribute to a thriving, globally connected startup ecosystem.

Before joining Endeavor Spain, Andrés built a diverse career that blends entrepreneurship, executive leadership and strategic consulting. He co-founded Everguild Ltd, a studio focused on strategy card games, where he led fundraising, product launches and the company’s growth to a successful exit with its acquisition by Stillfront Group. He also served as Director of EMEA Strategy at GREE, Inc., helping drive international expansion for the Japanese gaming company, and spent five years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised global clients across industries on complex business challenges. Andrés holds an MBA from London Business School and brings a global perspective shaped by working across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
