Rajeev Saluja is Vice President – 5G Radio at Reliance Jio and a transformative telecom and AI leader with over 25 years of experience shaping next-generation digital infrastructure.

He led Jio’s historic 5G Standalone greenfield rollout, deploying over one million 5G cells and enabling the world’s fastest 5G adoption, establishing one of the largest and most advanced data networks globally. Beyond scale, his focus has been architectural reinvention: embedding intelligence into the network fabric itself.

A strong proponent of AI adoption, Rajeev is driving the transition from automated networks to autonomous networks where AI-native architectures power real-time orchestration, predictive optimization, and self-healing capabilities.

His work spans AI-driven spectrum strategy, micro-grid level customer experience orchestration, and closed-loop field automation, supported by a filed patent in automated 5G customer experience management.
