Liu Jing Lei

Speaker Bio

Liu Jinglei is Vice President of China Mobile (Hong Kong) Innovation Research Institute, responsible for innovative R&D and international collaboration. With nearly 20 years of experience in mobile communications, heterogeneous computing and intelligent computing centers, he has led China Mobile’s 4G/5G technical specifications, cloud-native network transformation, 5G private network systems. He has released multiple 3GPP standards, received numerous science and technology awards, and recently spearheaded GPU interconnect standards and 6G end-to-end pilot demonstrations in Hong Kong.

He is a member of China Mobile Science and Technology Association's Network Committee, Vice Chair of the CCSA TC3 WG1 (Network and AI), expert committee member of the China Institute of Communications' Computing Power Network Committee, and Chair of the OCTC under China Electronics Standardization Association.
