Duha Ali Al-Buhendi is a leading voice in digital transformation and inclusion, serving as Director of the Digital Society and Digital Competencies Department at Qatar’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. With two decades of experience in telecommunications and innovation, including 10 years leading the Digital Incubation Center, she has played a pivotal role in advancing Qatar’s digital agenda. Duha leads national initiatives that advance youth digital safety and strengthen digital literacy, driving inclusive frameworks that empower all segments of society to participate confidently, responsibly, and productively in the digital economy.
