Michael Martin is a member of the Executive Board at 1&1 and is responsible for the roll-out and operations of the 1&1 O-RAN – Europe's first fully virtualized network based on the innovative Open RAN technology. Since it went fully live in December 2023, it now serves millions of users and is by today the world‘s fastest growing Open RAN-based network by the number of customers.
