John Sweeney serves as Vice President & Head of Global Sales for XCOM RAN by Globalstar, where he oversees the overall go-to-market strategy, customer relationship management, and global sales operations.
John is a seasoned sales executive with over 25 years of experience in global sales leadership, specializing in telecommunications and networking sectors.
His extensive career includes senior leadership positions at DriveNets, Mavenir, Ciena, and sales leadership and roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, 2Wire and Tektronix. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1994 and his Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M at Tarleton State University in 1999.
