Travis Heneveld is an independent consultant specializing in connectivity, digital transformation, and trust & safety. He is known for translating complex, multi stakeholder challenges into clear strategies and executable roadmaps. With more than two decades of experience in global account management and regional go to market strategy for companies including Motorola Solutions, Ericsson, Orange, Vodafone, and Mitsubishi, he brings a distinctive, commercially grounded perspective to designing and scaling international programs. He also serves on the Board of the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC), where he was Interim CEO from October 2024 to March 2025.
Travis advises governments, non profits, and private sector partners on building high impact digital and AI initiatives—from early stage concept development and partnership design to implementation, research agendas, and capacity building. He has collaborated with organizations such as Dell, Intel, TikTok, SpaceX, The Nature Conservancy, Conservation International, and American Tower, and is recognized for synthesizing technical, operational, and geopolitical considerations into concise, executive ready guidance that accelerates decision making.
Travis is based in Berlin, Germany, and has lived in Indonesia, Switzerland, France, Kenya, and the United States. His work helps leaders align vision with action, navigate complexity with confidence, and build scalable, sustainable systems that deliver measurable impact.
