Miguel Rodriguez

Michel Rodríguez is the Head of Peopple‑Centered Technology at the Spanish Red Cross and a Telecommunications Engineer from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). Throughout his career, he has focused on applying emerging technologies and innovation methodologies to generate real social impact. He has worked across organizations committed to improving people’s lives, including the Spanish Foundation for Social Technology (TECSOS) and the Spanish Red Cross. His work centers on leveraging human‑centered technological innovation to improve the wellbeing and living conditions of the most vulnerable groups.
