I lead EY's Strategy and Transactions team in Ireland, and am EY's Global Infrastructure Leader.


I have over 25 years experience working on large Infrastructure Projects globally.


My focus is providing commercial, financial and economic advisory services in the infrastructure field to government and corporate clients including project finance and public private partnerships (PPP) transactions - working in Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.


My experience includes project implementation and leadership, economic analysis, complex business case development, feasibility assessment, commercial structuring, funding and financing analysis, project management, tender evaluation, pre-qualification analysis and evaluation, payment mechanism structuring, contractual drafting and review of commercial aspects associated with PPP deals, and negotiations. Recent projects include: Regional Rail Link (Melbourne, Australia), Second Sydney Airport, Cross River Rail (Brisbane, Australia), Northern Beaches Hospital PPP (Sydney, Australia), Social Housing PPP (Sydney, Australia), Dublin Metro North PPP (Ireland), NRA PPP Roads Programme (Ireland), Mass Rail MRT-J (Jakarta, Indonesia), King Abdullah City (Saudi Arabia), King Hamed General Hospital (Bahrain)
