Darius Delgado is the Chief Commercial Officer of Globe Telecom. He is responsible for seizing profitable growth opportunities ahead of any player in the Philippine telco industry, driving and protecting industry growth in the long-term, and managing overall P&L to ensure profitable growth and healthy cash generation.

With over two decades of experience, he has held pivotal leadership roles across diverse functions, including Consumer Mobile, Broadband, B2B, Strategic Management, and Internal Audit. He has an impressive and solid track record in strategy execution, transformation, integration, and business innovation. Darius was instrumental in catapulting Globe's Broadband Business to subscriber market leadership in 2020. After just a year's stint, he became Head of Consumer Mobile, overseeing five strong and continuously growing brands – Globe Prepaid, TM, GOMO, Globe Postpaid, and Globe Platinum. With his visionary leadership, he has led these brands towards delivering market innovations that address key customer needs which ultimately cemented further Globe's foothold in the Mobile category.

Prior to Globe, Darius was a Director in SGV & Co (Ernst and Young), with 9 years of experience in multiple industries. He has a degree in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Santo Tomas.
