Topi Manner

Speaker Bio

Topi Manner is the CEO of Elisa, steering the company’s growth as Finland’s leading telecommunications operator and an increasingly international software and digital services provider. He joined Elisa in 2024 after serving as CEO of Finnair (2019–2024), where he led the airline through significant transformation and one of the most challenging periods in aviation history. Earlier, he held several senior leadership roles at Nordea, including serving on the Group Executive Management and heading Personal Banking across the Nordics. He is a member of the Board of UPM‑Kymmene and serves as Chair of FiCom, the Finnish Federation for Communications and Teleinformatics, and also chairs the Board of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
