Astha is leading the Strategy practice for Accenture's Telecom, software & platform, and high tech (CMT) clients for the Asia pacific region helping them grow their business in the age of AI. Astha is also the global lead of the B2C growth solution with a focus on the Telecom industry helping operators leverage the power of AI & Digital to improve B2C customer experience and enhance B2C customer engagement.


Astha has 18+ years of experience in the Telecom industry working with operators across NA, Europe and APAC covering domains like AI powered Customer experience, Growth strategy, Platform strategy, New product development, Digital Transformation and Value Creation. 


Astha has also authored multiple industry point of views on topics like AI powered platform strategy, Customer experience & Loyalty, Omni channel Implementation, Mobile App Adoption & has also regularly published global market outlooks on the Telecom industry.


Prior to Accenture she was part of the young leadership program at one of the largest telecom operators in the world – Airtel, working across cross functional teams/ product lines (Consumer, Enterprise)


She holds a MBA degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai & a Bachelors in Economics (Honors) from Delhi University.
