Marwan Bin Shakar is Chief Technology Officer at e& UAE, leading the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across network, cloud, and AI innovation.
With more than 25 years of telecom experience, he has held senior leadership roles at e& UAE, du, Mobily, and Etisalat, driving large-scale 5G, fibre, and next-generation network deployments. Marwan holds a BSc in Communication Engineering from Etisalat University College.
