With 15+ years of experience across the financial services industry, digitalization, and technology strategy, he brings a unique blend of business, data, and transformation expertise. 

At Swisscom, Silvan has played a key role in shaping the company’s Swiss AI Platform, enabling high‑performance, sovereign, and energy‑efficient AI infrastructure and services built for enterprise and public‑sector workloads.

He is an active thought leader and speaker on topics such as sovereign AI, AI infrastructure, and responsible enterprise AI deployment, emphasizing the importance of trustworthy, locally anchored AI systems for Europe and Switzerland.

Silvan holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Basel and Humboldt University Berlin.
