Gary Adey is the CEO of VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions), a Vodafone entity that provides end-to-end professional services through intelligent solutions.

VOIS helps accelerate business outcomes for customers through its talented global team of 34,000 professionals spread across 10+ countries: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

VOIS has grown to become the largest shared services organisation in the Telco industry serving Vodafone markets, and since 2024 now uses its 15+ years of experience and deep market expertise to deliver services outside of Vodafone to other Telcos and wider industry sectors including Utilities and Media.

Prior to joining VOIS in 2019, Gary was the Global Commercial & Operations Director for Vodafone Business, accountable for all Group operations and commercial activity for Vodafone’s €14b business segment.

Alongside leading VOIS, Gary is Vodafone’s Executive Sponsor for Gender Equality and actively advocates for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Gary is a passionate supporter of charitable and social causes focused on supporting children and young people, and he is privileged to chair the Teenage Cancer Trust Corporate Board.
