Youssef Bouyakhf is the CEO and Co-Founder of DeepEcho, an AI-powered medical imaging company dedicated to transforming prenatal care through advanced ultrasound automation and workflow integration. He leads the company’s strategic vision, global partnerships, and positioning DeepEcho at the forefront of AI-driven maternal and fetal health innovation.

Under his leadership, DeepEcho has built a large-scale ultrasound dataset, developed advanced segmentation and blind-sweep AI models, and established collaborations with hospitals, Ministries of Health, and global health stakeholders across multiple regions. Youssef drives the company’s mission to standardize and democratize fetal imaging, particularly in underserved settings, while also scaling into advanced healthcare markets.

Youssef studied in France and earned a double master’s degree in Engineering and Business through the prestigious French Grandes Écoles system at École Centrale Paris and ESSEC Business School. He began his career in investment banking and private equity at J.P. Morgan and Macquarie Group in London, advising on IPOs, public takeovers, and M&A transactions across Europe. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, combining financial expertise with a deep commitment to advancing impactful AI-driven healthcare solutions.
