Philippe Bellordre

Speaker Bio

Philippe is the Interim Head of GSMA Mobile for Development. Prior to that, he was the Head of Operations and GSMA Innovation Fund, he led the operations of the various M4D programmes in collaboration with the wider GSMA organisation, GSMA members and partners.

He also led the GSMA Innovation Fund providing funding and technical support to innovators in low- and middle-income countries.

Philippe joined the GSMA in 2012 and held various roles including Project Manager for IP Interconnection and Programme Manager for Mobile Money. Prior to GSMA, Philippe worked 10year in various project management roles within Orange, he managed commercial projects on B2C rich communications services (RCS) and B2B voice and data services. He was also responsible for the modelling of termination costs for Orange France. Philippe has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a Master of Science from the University of Bristol.
