Beatriz leads PayPal Iberia business since 2022.

She has devoted her career to growth , especially in the digital space, actively looking for change and new learning. Beatriz has been close to the start up ecosystem since she joined BBVA New Digital Business Unit in 2015, participating at a personal level in BBVA Open Talent , mentoring in AEFI and Endeavor.

Prior to PayPal she held several senior positions at Tink ( acquired by Visa ), Telefonica and Oliver Wyman .

She holds an international MBA from Instituto de Empresa and MsC in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidas Politécnica de Valencia
