Tobias Schneiderbauer

Partner at McKinsey & Company and a recognized leader in the automotive and mobility space, where he collaborates with the complete mobility ecosystem to define the future of connected services, connectivity, and shift towards lifecycle products and services. With deep expertise in Automotive, IoT, AI, and digital transformation, Tobias has been instrumental in shaping strategies and pioneering business models, including software-defined-vehicles, as-a-service models and AI transformations.

A thought leader and trusted advisor to top executives, Tobias combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Munich, complemented by academic experiences at the National University of Singapore and UC Berkeley. In addition, he earned an Honours Degree in Technology Management at TU Munich and LMU Munich as well as completed a PhD at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where his research focused on driving cultural transformation in organizations.
