Anika Ayyar is a Product Manager at Sierra, where she leads agent development across the telecom and media industries. Her work focuses on building conversational AI agents that resolve complex customer issues, scale brand voice and trust, and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and compliance requirements.
Previously, Anika held product roles at Instacart, where she built enterprise platforms, and at Google, where she led the development of AI-powered video creation products at YouTube and worked on core product experiences at Google Search. Anika holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.
