Nir Halachmi leads product innovation for AT&T’s, specifically focusing on precise positioning, quantum computing, and quantum cybersecurity. As senior executive with over 20 years of experience commercializing deep-tech solutions , Nir specializes in bridging technical innovation with scalable business models. His previous leadership roles include Executive Director Technology Investments at Fosun RZ Capital , VP of Product Management at Sequans Communications , and CTO at the Huawei Innovation Center. Throughout his career, Nir has pioneered initiatives in Quantum, AI, 5G infrastructure, Edge computing and Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Nir has also led VC investments, ecosystem partnerships with global OEMs and Tier-1s initiating acceleration programs to startups. Nir holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science."
