Åsa Tamsons is Senior Vice President and Head of Ericsson's Enterprise Wireless Solutions business, where she leads global connectivity and security innovations driving mobile transformation for more than 40,000 enterprises worldwide. Under her leadership, Ericsson has scaled strategic growth businesses that help industries harness the power of 5G, IoT, and advanced cellular technologies to create smarter, more connected ecosystems.

Prior to joining Ericsson in 2018, Åsa was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising high-tech, software, and telecom companies on global growth and digital transformation programs across Silicon Valley, Stockholm, and São Paulo. She currently serves on the boards of CNH Industrial, Milkywire, and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her commitment to leveraging mobile technology as a catalyst for global connectivity and sustainable development.
