Jen is a leader within Google Cloud’s Global Telecom Industry, based in London. She specializes in architecting business-led AI transformations for the sector, translating the promise of Google’s leading technology and innovation capabilities into concrete business outcomes for CSPs across the globe.

She holds responsibility for Google Cloud’s GTM Strategy for the vertical, leading a cross-functional team to engineer industry-specific solutions and influencing the company’s product roadmap through industry requirements. She leads Google Cloud’s partnership with TM Forum. Her work spans autonomous networks, edge cloud, AI/analytics, agentic customer experience, sovereignty, sustainability, and new monetization models.

Previously a Global Industry Managing Director at Accenture, she brings over 20 years of multinational professional experience providing strategic expertise to operators across multiple continents.
