Rüdiger Eck

Speaker Bio
Rüdiger Eck is Head of the Audi Data Factory for Production & Logistics, where he is responsible for data management and the development and implementation of Audi’s Production & Logistics Data and AI strategy.
He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and began his career at DaimlerChrysler in 2001 through a management trainee program in plant planning. In 2006, he joined MB HighPerformanceEngines in the UK, leading the development of Formula 1 engine test facilities and winning three World Championship titles.
He later held senior leadership roles at Mercedes-Benz in global plant planning before joining Audi in 2015, where he has led maintenance, technology management, and digitalization for assembly operations. Since 2020, he has driven Data Governance & Analytics across Production and Logistics, with a strong focus on data-driven transformation and AI.
