Telecommunication professional with 25 years experience in the cellular industry in different capacities: ASIC and R&D system engineering experience on 3G and 4G, technical standardization leadership and technical group chairmanship (3GPP, GSMA), board representation (GSA). Etienne is currently responsible for Qualcomm's engagement in regional standards worldwide and is the executive sponsor for AI and Security Standards.
