Mr. Ma is the Vice President of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and President of Huawei ICT Product Portfolio Management & Solutions Dept. He is responsible for product planning and solution innovation in the ICT infrastructure domain , including the planning of, a nd enhancing the competitiveness of, D ata C enter, C ampus, Digital Site WAN, and 5G 2 B Portfolio Solutions in support of digital transformation across ind ustries . He also incubates new future oriented business opportunities in the ICT infrastructure domain such as new sensing (e.g., spectrum detection), new connectivity and computing (e.g., deterministic connections and computing for industry, and 5G 2 B), and new experience (e.g., AR V R 2 B). In addition, he supports the management of ICT Portfolio Sol utions and assists with IRB investment decisions.

Mr. Ma joined Huawei in 1999 and has previously served as President of the Core Network Product Line, President of the Cloud Core Network Product Line, and President of the Intelligent Computing Business Dept . He was also responsible for Huawei's 5G core network, M obile E dge C omputing, IoT platform, I ntelligent c ollaboration, V ideo , S erver, Kunpeng C omputing, AI C omputing, and H uawei C loud solutions.
