Speaker Bio

A university student studying humanitarian action, Gouba believes in using the Internet as a force for good. In particular, he wants to promote inclusive access, as he is convinced that every voice matters and deserves to be heard. Gouba plays an active role with U-Report in Burkina Faso – which has almost 900,000 U-Reporters – and has participated in voluntary activities at his university and other educational institutions. He also helped to develop UNICEF Burkina Faso’s 2027-2030 country plan. Passionate about languages and international relations, Gouba’s ambition in life is to contribute to a fairer, more inclusive, peaceful, and united world.
